One on one lessons canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of lesson start-time will be charged their full session fee. There is no refund within 24 hours.

All lessons and workshops must be canceled or rescheduled by sending an email to your coach directly, or through the calendar appointment sent to you before your lesson. No text, or phone call cancellations please.

Regarding refunds, you may receive a full refund for any untaught lessons within thirty days of your initial purchase, minus any fees incurred by Speak Clear Communications. There is no refund for lessons that have already been taught. Lessons expire after one year. All lessons must be redeemed within one year of initial purchase.
