Intro to Accent Reduction Seminar
When?: Monday, August 30th 2010 from 6 to 9 PM.Where?: The Ripley Grier Studios, 520 8th Avenue between 36th and 37th Streets in Manhattan. The nearest subway station is either Penn Station or Times Square.

- To identify your individual speech problems
- To learn the proper articulation for the "th", "l", "w", and "v" consonants
- To learn the difference between the front vowels in American English - Ex. "Hit" vs. "Heat"
- To learn to link the spoken language effectively
- To learn how to weave these speech changes into your conversational speech
You will receive a packet of material for the seminar. You are free to record the class. This is a class for people who speak English, and want to excel at it. Class will be taught by Jeffrey Davis, owner of Speak Clear Communications. Speak Clear's seminars are a great way to sample the Speak Clear Method, and make the transition to private lessons.
